The Nigerian Professional Group (NPG) is proud to announce a mentorship pilot program as part of its ongoing commitment to professional growth and community building. NPG is a vibrant professional organization dedicated to supporting African entrepreneurs, professionals at all levels, and students in achieving their full potential. We foster an environment of learning and collaboration among our members.

This mentorship program is designed to connect enthusiastic individuals at different stages of their careers with seasoned professionals in their respective fields. Our goal is to bridge the knowledge gap, enhance connections, and foster opportunities for professional development and personal growth. By doing so, we aim to create a robust network of support that promotes diversity and inclusion within various professional sectors.
As leaders in the professional community, we are eager to engage with emerging Nigerian professionals, entrepreneurs, and students. This initiative will create a space for mentorship, advocacy, and sponsorship, allowing participants to bring diverse perspectives and contribute to our collective DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts. It also offers professional development opportunities within a supportive and inclusive association. We believe your role will help us reach individuals who have been historically underrepresented in various fields. Your leadership and commitment can drive meaningful change.

The benefits to both mentees and mentors are manifold: mentees gain valuable insights from seasoned professionals, expand their professional networks, and enjoy membership benefits, while mentors have the opportunity to impart knowledge and potentially learn from their mentees. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further and collaborate with you to make this program a success.
