Adesuwa (Ade) Igbineweka (she/her/hers) is an equity and access advocate in career development and the workplace. She has over 20 years of work experience in non-profit organizations and educational institutions. As the inaugural Director for Career Equity and Access at the Center for Career Equity, Development, and Success at Suffolk University, she supports the career center in creating an inclusive environment for students, as well as working with the team in building strategies to engage employers in the efforts to increase access and reduce barriers to employment.

Ade believes in serving the different communities she’s a part of, using her experience and expertise. As a board member of the Nigerian Professional Group (NPG) and the Career Counselors' Consortium Northeast (CCC), she helped create the mentorship programs in both organizations. She focuses on ways to increase inclusive practices and help professionals advance through community building and networking.

She is the founder of Ade’s Coaching & Consulting, a career coaching program with an intense focus on supporting first-generation college students and graduates as an equity minded practitioner.

He is also the President of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM) a globally focused African institution of productivity and innovation learning. The institution is in partnership with some of the world’s best institutions around the globe.

Remi’s passion for a productive and innovative nation sparked up different brainstorming and strategy sessions with his team; researching into different dimensions towards solving Africa’s most daunting challenges; productivity and innovation in the contemporary realities, eventually the birth of the School of Productivity in 2007 with thousands of graduates all over the world and later got upgraded to Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM) in 2016 and then he moved to the US to found Productivate Plus LLC; a productivity organization driven by the innovative approaches to getting things done, in Houston, Texas.
