Adesuwa (Ade) Igbineweka (she/her/hers) is an equity and access advocate in career development and the workplace. She has over 20 years of work experience in non-profit organizations and educational institutions. As the inaugural Director for Career Equity and Access at the Center for Career Equity, Development, and Success at Suffolk University, she supports the career center in creating an inclusive environment for students, as well as working with the team in building strategies to engage employers in the efforts to increase access and reduce barriers to employment.
Ade believes in serving the different communities she’s a part of, using her experience and expertise. As a board member of the Nigerian Professional Group (NPG) and the Career Counselors' Consortium Northeast (CCC), she helped create the mentorship programs in both organizations. Remi Dairo is a Senior coach and principal consultant at Productivity Plus USA. He is also the President of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM) a globally focused African institution of productivity and innovation learning. The institution is in partnership with some of the world’s best institutions around the globe.
