Problem Statement
Our focus lies in tackling a range of significant challenges, which include:
- The absence of a nurturing collaborative culture, coupled with the presence of a toxic competitive atmosphere, compels individuals to retreat into isolation. This, in turn, creates a barrier to the free flow of valuable insights which hampers community growth.
- The increasing influx of Nigerians migrating to the United States has given rise to a series of challenges. These challenges encompass the need to effectively integrate into a new environment, navigate the cultural shock that often accompanies migration, and establish access to suitable support systems and mentors.
- Negative media outreach: Countering negative media outreach and the inherent risk of perpetuating single stories about Africa. To address this issue, we must assert ownership of our stories.
- Many college graduates are hesitant to return to Africa after completing their degrees due to the high unemployment rates in their home countries, leading to uncertainty about their future prospects
