Kay Anifowose

Kay Anifowose

Kay is a driven Global Finance leader with over 19 years of experience supporting leadership teams across various industries. His expertise includes Public Accounting, Treasury, Investment, FP&A, and Expense Management, making him a versatile and trusted financial partner.

Kay has successfully led global finance projects, including the design and implementation of financial systems and ERP solutions like SAP. Outside of work, he is dedicated to empowering others and driving meaningful change in his community.

Adedire Adesiji

Adedire Adesiji

Adedire is a Doctoral Research Fellow at Boston University, where he focuses on advancing material discovery through autonomous systems.

Nnenna Ukwu

Nnenna Ukwu

Nnenna Ukwu brings a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by experience across biotech, startups, and community-based work spanning the arts, education, and health.

She focuses on designing systems, programs, and communications that center lived experience and respond to real human needs, particularly in patient, community, and broader stakeholder engagement. Her work expands access, advances equity, and drives meaningful community impact.
Having previously participated in the program as a mentee, Nnenna now returns as a mentor, committed to supporting others along their journeys.

Olabiyi Olaniran

Olabiyi Olaniran

Dr. Olaniran Olabiyi is the President of the Nigerian Student Association at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global Health at Harvard University, building upon his MBBS from Babcock University.

Dr. Olabiyi is dedicated to initiatives aimed at improving global health outcomes. His research encompasses work at Harvard, Babcock, and Nile University, focusing on public health, workforce development, and healthcare systems. His findings have been featured in various media outlets. Committed to tackling the global cancer burden, Dr. Olabiyi investigates cancer funding and patient outcomes, particularly in Commonwealth nations.

His contributions to health systems have earned him the MCH Leadership Lab Award for his efforts in child, adolescent, and maternal health. Additionally, Dr. Olabiyi is advancing healthcare innovation through telehealth and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to improve health outcomes. His work in health system improvement led to his selection by the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies, where he contributed to the enhancement of Chile's healthcare system.

Asaolu Rachel

Asaolu Rachel

Asaolu Rachael is a PhD candidate in Biology and Biotechnology at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, working at the intersection of environmental exposure, public health, and biological systems. Her research focuses on how environmental pollutants affect biological and neurological health, with an emphasis on translating scientific evidence into insights for risk assessment and sustainability.

She is also the Founder and President of Elite Mentoring Foundation, where she leads initiatives that provide mentorship, STEM exposure, and academic guidance for students. Her work combines scientific rigor with leadership, focusing on building systems that drive long-term impact in education, sustainability, and global development.

Experienced Risk Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Strong and skilled in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Data Analysis, Real Estate Finance and Development, Management, Leadership, and Analytical Skills, and tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suites with a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from Austin Peay State University, and a Bachelor of Science focused on Real Estate from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Tosin Oni is a visionary Marketing Strategist and IT leader with a proven ability to deliver cross-industry solutions that blend technical innovation and strategic growth.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity, he merges entrepreneurial acumen with advanced research in threat analysis to build resilient, future-ready systems. His career spans aligning marketing frameworks with IT infrastructure to optimize organizational outcomes while prioritizing security and scalability.

As a champion of adaptive leadership, Tosin bridges technology and strategy to empower professionals and enterprises across Nigeria’s evolving digital landscape. Committed to elevating NPG’s mission, he advocates for initiatives that foster innovation, cybersecurity awareness, and equitable opportunities for Nigerian professionals.

Emmanuella is a Finance Analyst with a strong foundation in Finance and Economics. Alongside her Master's degree in Finance and Bachelor's degree in Economics, her professional experience has been focused on investment banking and delivering exceptional client relationship management.

She also excelled in fostering investor relationships, managing sell-side client relationships, and facilitating successful capital-raise transactions which led to substantial increase in financial instrument sales, an expanded investor network, and a marked increase in portfolio ROI.

Azeez Akinyemi is a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University, where his research sits at the intersection of computational materials science and green energy.

He specializes in hydrogen permeation and embrittlement, applying advanced modeling techniques to accelerate the discovery of materials critical to next-generation clean energy systems. With a background in process engineering and a focus on sustainable solutions, Azeez bridges rigorous scientific research with real-world energy challenges.

Victory Okwuazu is a tech entrepreneur and founder of Sarari Skies Limited, a drone technology company specializing in pixel drone sky displays for entertainment, advertising, and large-scale events. Through her work, she is advancing immersive storytelling by combining creative direction with precision engineering to deliver large-scale aerial visual experiences across Africa.

She also leads Rehoboth Clean Technologies, where she deploys smart solar microgrids to expand access to clean energy in underserved communities. With an engineering background and experience at National Space Research and Development Agency, she focuses on building technology-driven solutions that contribute to sustainable development and position Africa within the global innovation landscape.

Fiyin Koleowo

Fiyin Koleowo

Mofiyinfunjesu (Fiyin) Koleowo earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is an aspiring maternal and child health epidemiologist, women’s reproductive health advocate, and researcher.

Her future research focuses on investigating dietary and environmental exposures that contribute to adverse pregnancy outcomes, infertility, and hormonal imbalances among women of reproductive age, with the goal of advancing evidence-based interventions that improve women’s health outcomes.

Additionally, community engagement, health education, and public health research remain central to her approach to addressing population health challenges.

Joshua Kojo Aduampong Mantey

Joshua Kojo Aduampong Mantey

PhD in Chemical Engineering at Northeastern University with hands-on experience in molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning, and large scale scientific data analysis. Builds and analyzes multi million atom biomolecular systems including MUC2 mucin and HIV envelope proteins generating and processing terabyte scale trajectory datasets using custom Python pipelines on NSF ACCESS HPC infrastructure.

Completed the WorldQuant University Applied Data Science Lab, applying supervised learning, time series forecasting, and classification models to disease prediction, patient stratification, and bioprocess optimization. Seeking to leverage this combination of physics-based modeling and applied ML to contribute to pharmaceutical or biotech data science teams.
