Ify is passionate about building power and opportunity for young women and young professionals. She hopes to support NPG and more organizations, focusing on sharing expertise, making an impact, networking, and strengthening communities. She is Novartis Gene Therapies’ Sr. Manager of Clinical Documentation, overseeing and supporting all aspects of Clinical trial documentation, systems, and process across Novartis Gene Therapies- a critical piece of strengthening inspection readiness and the drug submission process.
Ify is an experienced Trial Master File (TMF) Subject Matter Expert with 10+ years of experience in the Clinical Research Industry (both Sponsor and CRO). She has worked with multiple fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies (i.e., Jonnson & Jonson, Takeda, Pfizer), implementing and supporting TMF Systems and the related processes.
While Ify was born and raised in New Jersey, she is pleased to call Boston home (for the short term). She enjoys exercising, cooking, art, and camaraderie with friends/family in her spare time. She is an avid solo traveler and loves new passport stamps; over the years, she has visited over 40 countries and completely endorses “Wanderlust” ideologies.
